The ECU Competition Team features 1st Team East Coast United members who are active competitors in the sport of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Submission Grappling.

A hard-core supplemental training program is provided to the Competition Team where top ranked blackbelts from other united east coast teams are invited in to train with our best.

The Competition Team consists of our most elite adult men and women in each weight class. The Team travels throughout the United States and boasts dozens of medals in competitions held by the International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation, Abu Dhabi, Grapplers Quest and NAGA.
